New Office Space
On April 1, 2007 NetLink Technologies completed their move to the INOK 40K Office Building, located at 3589 Sagamore Parkway N., Lafayette, Indiana. (part of the Landis Gyr/Siemens campus)
The facility itself is located just off of North 9th Street and Sagamore Parkway and is a 40,000 square foot, two story professional office space, occupied by INOK Investments, Truck Insure, A-Cell Laboratories, Channel-Bio, Inc., and NetLink Technologies. Additional tenants are in various stages of "build out" and/or leasing negotiations, with occupancy expected to increase by years end to nearly 75%.
NetLink's offices occupy 3000 square feet; feature an "open office" concept of individual work space cubicles served by Microsoft Windows Small Business Server, Terminal Server, Microsoft Exchange, and a fully integrated Voice over IP Telephone service from Avaya. |
